The jury in the case of a Brisbane man .. accused of murdering his wife has been discharged.

38-year-old HASAN ABUSOUD .. from Slacks Creek south of Brisbane .. has pleaded not
guilty in the Supreme Court in Brisbane to murdering HODA ABUSOUD .. on November 16 ..

2005.

A new trial is expected to resume tomorrow.
